Teeter has no accounts, no logins and no servers of our own. Your best score, your daily result and your streak are stored on your device only and are never sent to us.
The game does show ads, and those are served by Google AdMob, which does collect data. Where the law requires it, Teeter asks for your consent first and lets you change your mind later.
Teeter is made by Slamin Software LLC. This policy covers the Teeter mobile app on iOS and Android, and this page on slaminsoftware.com. If you have a question about any of it, the contact details are in section 8.
Teeter keeps a small amount of data in the app's own private storage on your phone:
None of this is transmitted to us. We do not operate a server, an account system or a leaderboard, so there is nowhere for it to go. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Teeter is controlled by tilting your phone, so it reads your device's accelerometer while you play. That reading is used to move the platform and nothing else. It is never recorded, never stored and never leaves your device.
Teeter displays a banner advertisement on the title and game-over screens. It never appears during a run. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party service.
To serve those ads, Google may collect and process information including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and operating system, and how you interact with the ad. Slamin Software does not receive this information — it goes to Google.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and certain US states, Teeter presents a consent form on first launch, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You choose there whether ads may be personalised. Nothing is requested from the ad network until that choice is made.
You can change your mind at any time. Where those rules apply, a Privacy option appears on Teeter's title screen that reopens the same form.
On iOS, Teeter also asks Apple's tracking permission question. If you decline, ads still work — they are simply less relevant. You can change this later in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
On both platforms you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, which breaks the link between you and any previously collected ad data.
Teeter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad network, please contact us and we will help you pursue its removal with Google.
Because Teeter stores everything locally and we hold no data about you, there is no account to access, export or delete on our side. Uninstalling the app removes everything it saved.
For data held by Google as the advertising provider, you can exercise your rights through the consent form described in section 4, through your device's advertising settings, and through Google directly.
slaminsoftware.com uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This is separate from the app and can be blocked with any standard browser privacy setting or extension.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will change with it. Material changes will be reflected in the app listing as well.
